From November 17 to November 21, 2025, Vietnam Airlines Catering Joint Stock Company (VINACS) was honored to welcome a delegation of experts from Sojitz Royal Inflight Catering (SRIC), one of Japan's leading inflight catering companies. The delegation visited and worked at the VINACS headquarters, located at Noi Bai International Airport, Hanoi. This visit was part of a program to enhance cooperation and professional exchange between the two enterprises.
Sojitz Royal Inflight Catering (SRIC) is a prominent entity in the inflight catering sector, operating three facilities at Kansai International Airport, Fukuoka Airport, and Naha Airport. SRIC's presence in Vietnam this time demonstrated a valuable opportunity for both companies to exchange knowledge, learn from each other, and enhance the competitive capabilities.
Throughout the working week, experts from SRIC, along with VINACS’s management and operations teams, actively participated in in-depth discussions on production processes, quality control, the application of modern technology in operations, and inflight catering business management. VINACS shared its operational experience in the Vietnamese market while receiving valuable feedback from the Japanese partner aimed at optimizing operational efficiency and adhering to the highest international standards.
The working week concluded successfully with positive evaluations and strong consensus from both parties. VINACS and SRIC not only exchanged and gained precious experience in management and technical knowledge but also explored potential cooperation opportunities. Specifically, this includes the possibility of expanding market reach and supplying Japanese-standard catering to airlines and customers in the Japanese market in the future.
