During the severe floods that occurred on November 19th – 20th, 2025, Khanh Hoa province was heavily affected by prolonged heavy rain and the simultaneous discharge of water from reservoirs (both irrigation and hydroelectric), which resulted in extensive deep flooding. The water level of the Dinh River surpassed the historic flood levels recorded in 1986, causing widespread damage, with the western Nha Trang being among the most severely impacted areas.
Immediately upon receiving the news, the Board of Executive of Vietnam Air Catering Services JSC (VINACS) dispatched a delegation to visit and offer encouragement. The delegation included representatives from the Company's Leader and the Labor Union. On November 21st, 2025, the delegation arrived in Khanh Hoa, where they visited, encouraged, and offered support packages to employees at VINACS Cam Ranh who were affected by the floods.
On behalf of the Company's Board of Executive and the Labor Union, the delegation delivered relief supplies consisting of essential goods and funds. This assistance aims to help employees overcome this difficult period and quickly stabilize their lives. This is to demonstrate the long-standing spirit of "mutual affection, empathy, and sharing with employees in times of hardship" that the VINACS chain has maintained for many years.
