On 25th September, 2026, Vietnam Air Catering Services Joint Stock Company (VINACS) proudly hosted our Customer Conference 2026 with our message “Dear Future” in Cam Ranh, Khanh Hoa Province. The conference was an opportunity for VINACS to express our profound gratitude to valued customers, business partners and regulatory authorities for their support and partnership throughout our development journey. It was also an occasion to reaffirm VINACS’s commitment to enhancing service quality, strengthening partnerships and pursuing sustainable development in the next phase.
Looking back on a Proud Journey of over a decade
The conference opened with a dynamic artistic performance integrated with modern LED interactive technology, recounting VINACS’s journey of over ten years: "Startup, Take Off, Expansion, Resilience, Breakthrough, and Beyond. The visuals guided delegates through key milestones and achievements across each stage while honouring the contributions of generations of staff, customers and partners who together built the values that define VINACS today.

In his opening speech, Mr. Duong Tien Nghia - General Director of VINACS - reflected on the 10-year journey of turning aspirations into reality, from the company's initial projects in Cam Ranh and Noi Bai to our expansion in Long Thanh. He expressed his sincere gratitude to state management agencies, TASECO Group, partners and clients who placed their trust in VINACS, helping the company navigate challenges and progressively assert our position in the inflight catering industry.
Emphasising the message “Dear Future”, Mr. Nghia affirmed that VINACS will continue to actively listen to customer feedback, continuously improve service quality and strictly comply with laws and aviation regulations. This embodies VINACS’s enduring commitment to integrity, transparency, and responsible business practices as we strive to remain a trusted and reliable partner, worthy of the confidence our customers and partners place in us on the journey ahead.

A Gathering of Industry Leaders and Key Partners
The conference was honored to welcome esteemed leaders from state management agencies, including Mr. Do Hong Cam – Deputy Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV), alongside representatives from the Northern and Middle Airports Authorities and executives of Taseco Group. Speaking at the event, Mr. Do Hong Cam shared key strategic orientations, reaffirming the continuous support of government authorities for aviation enterprises.

The symbolic highlight of the Gala evening was the “Touching the Future” ceremony. Leaders from the CAAV, Cam Ranh International Airport, Taseco Group, VINACS and strategic partners jointly placed their hands on the interactive LED screen. This gesture carried a profound symbolic meaning: every hand represented trust, every touch point signified connection, converging to launch a new chapter. Immediately following the countdown, delegates raised their champagne glasses to toast stronger partnerships and greater shared achievements in the future.
