Over nine years of operation, the maintenance of our physical assets, production facilities, workshops, and specialized machinery have been consistently prioritized. This commitment is essential to ensure the best operating conditions and prevent any interruption to our production process. Furthermore, this approach preserves the professional image of VINACS’ facility and ensures uniformity in management and maintenance, aligning with the regulations set for all service facilities within the infrastructure of Noi Bai International Airport (HAN).

With nearly 40 clients, including both domestic and international airlines, as well as non-aviation customers, and a core mission to provide services aligned with the "Green and Clean" trend, the Company’s Leadership maintains rigorous oversight of the annual maintenance of infrastructure and specialized equipment serving the entire food production and service supply chain. This mandate involves detailed planning for both routine maintenance and scheduled repairs, specifically covering areas such as the specialized lift/lower-truck fleet and standard cargo trucks, which are maintained monthly in strict adherence to manufacturer’s recommendations; kitchen equipment systems, which undergo predetermined monthly and yearly maintenance; and the wastewater treatment system, which is scheduled for monthly maintenance with daily quality checks to ensure full compliance with environmental standards.
Based on the approved maintenance plan, VINACS’ technical team proactively organizes and executes maintenance tasks. This ensures the early detection and mitigation of potential anomalies, thereby guaranteeing the stable operation of our production facilities and equipment systems.
