On the morning of November 21, 2025, Vietnam Air Catering Services Company (VINACS) coordinated with the Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue Police Team – Zone 22 to conduct a firefighting and rescue drill at the VINACS headquarters in Noi Bai.

According to the provisions of Decree No. 105/2025/NĐ-CP, the mandatory contents of fire prevention and firefighting drills at enterprises include:
• Clearly identifying the nature and hazardous characteristics of fire, explosion, toxic risks, as well as the conditions for firefighting operations.
• Establishing the most complex fire scenarios and other typical fire situations that may occur at the enterprise, along with assessing the potential development and spread of the fire at different levels.
• Developing plans for mobilizing and utilizing forces and equipment, organizing command structures, and applying technical and tactical measures to serve firefighting and related supporting activities appropriate to each stage of specific fire scenarios at the enterprise.
• Ensuring that the firefighting plan is promptly updated, supplemented, and resubmitted for approval by competent authorities whenever there are changes in the nature, scale, or hazardous characteristics related to fire, explosion, toxicity, or other conditions affecting firefighting operations at the facility.
Following the direction and guidance of the Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue Police Team – Zone 22, and under the authorization of the CEO of VINACS, the Facility Command Board for Fire Prevention, Fighting, Rescue and Disaster Prevention instructed the facility’s teams to implement Plan No. 208/KH-PCCC-VINACS dated November 14, 2025, issued by the CEO of VINACS regarding the 2025 Firefighting and Rescue Drill at VINACS.

VINACS has been fully equipped with initial fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue tools such as fire extinguishers, hoses and nozzles, flashlights, axes, crowbars, and firefighting uniforms.
Firefighting drill activities play a vital role in ensuring fire safety and rescue readiness for the enterprise. These activities help enhance the company’s proactiveness and ability to promptly respond to and extinguish fires, minimize potential loss of life and property caused by fire or explosions, and ensure readiness in handling on-site rescue situations.
