As part of the international market expansion strategy, from March 17th to 19th , 2026, VINACS welcomed a delegation from Sojitz Royal In-flight Catering (SRIC - Japan) for a working visit. Both parties focused on discussing cooperation and the prospects of exporting frozen meal lines to the Japanese market. This visit marks a significant step forward, laying the foundation for VINACS products to reach airline customers in the ‘Land of The Rising Sun’.
The first day of the working program focused on a taste meal session for strategic frozen meal export products. Representatives from SRIC, together with the VINACS product development and market expansion team, conducted a direct and detailed evaluation of ingredients, processing methods, and flavor profiles to determine optimal adjustments in preparation for the subsequent tasting phase. Notably, an inspiring culinary exchange followed, as two SRIC chefs joined the VINACS team in the kitchen to prepare signature dishes specifically selected by the clients.
