On August 23, 2025, VINACS Long Thanh Air Catering Company Limited participated in the "Job Fair" held in An Phuoc Commune, Dong Nai Province with the attention, coordination and active facilitation from the People's Committee, Department of Education and Training, Department of Home Affairs of Dong Nai Province; People's Committees of An Phuoc and Long Thanh Communes. The event gathered leading recruitment units in the aviation industry and attracted nearly 10,000 students, pupils and workers to participate in order to connect the supply and demand of human resources and serve the operation activities of Long Thanh International Airport.

Within the framework of the program, Mr. Nguyen Huy Thao – Deputy General Director of VINACS Long Thanh – participated in the discussion with speakers and business representatives. Here, he shared about the development orientation of VINACS, recruitment needs in the coming period, as well as career opportunities for young workers in Dong Nai province and neighboring provinces and cities.

Opportunities for human resources in Long Thanh
This job fair is an important opportunity for VINACS to introduce the Company’s brand, image and core values to a large number of potential candidates. VINACS’ booth attracted 1,800 workers and students to learn, ask questions and leave application information.

In particular, the event also created an important premise for VINACS to prepare human resources for the VINACS Long Thanh Aviation Catering Factory Project. With a modern scale and a capacity of up to 20,000 meals/day, the project promises to become one of the largest aviation catering processing centers in Vietnam, contributing to improving service quality, meeting international standards and serving 25 million passengers/year at Long Thanh International Airport in the future.


Participating in the Long Thanh Job Fair also demonstrates VINACS’ commitment to accompanying the local socio-economic development.
