With the principle of providing customers with products, services of the highest quality, satisfying the requirements of customers, VINACS have not been only constantly investing in modern equipment system but also focusing on investment for its human resources.
Continuously from 17-18 January 2018, VINACS held an annual training courses and improved knowledge and awareness of Halal standards for all managers and employees of the company in Hanoi and Cam Ranh. Training courses were directly by Professor - Dr. HJ. Mohammed Abdul Rafek Saleh, director of Halal Global Development Program, Halal Academy of Counseling and Training.

In the year 2017, VINACS welcomed 14 domestic and international airlines, particularly Qatar Airways and Malindo Air which have strict requirements on products and services that meet Halal standards. Therefore, awareness, training and continuous update to improve knowledge, knowledge of Halal standards for all managers and employees is very necessary, and always in mind and fostering by the leaders of the VINACS.
Through the training courses, the trainees were re-introduced, enhanced awareness of the concept of Halal, and how to Halal; Halal food sources and non-halal food sources are recognized, and the standards and requirements of Halal processing and supplying products and services are also recognized.
With the system of facilities, dedicated Halal equipment and kitchen, with awareness and Halal implementation of all employees; VINACS have been awarded the international certificate of " Dedicated Halal Certificate for Dedicated Halal Kitchens, and every VINACS staff member is honored to be awarded the Halal Certificate.

At the end of the training course, Prof. Rafek Saleh devoted the rest of his time for revisiting VINACS system. Before the seeing-off for the next training, Professor HJ. Mohammed Rafek Saleh said, "I am really satisfied with VINACS and do not hesitate to award the Dedicated Halal Certificate of Distinction for VINACS, the only dedicated Halal certifications in Vietnam in the airline catering.
